awesome video. he perfectly sums up what i've been thinking for years. and the ironic thing is, right now my company is moving into doing all of our Dev work using the "Agile" methodology, which is nothing more then an excuse for everyone interrupting everyone. all of my work day is now is a clusterfuck worth of meetings. i get less done and am more tired at the end of the day. this guy nails it.
